General capability and experience

Bill has practised intellectual property law since 1979 and information technology law since 1983. Since 1986 he has practiced principally in these fields of law and in recent years has gained experience dealing with legal issue arising from electronic commerce on the Internet.

Bill has acted for clients in a broad range of industries. For 20 years Bill has also provided legal services to the Arts Community including advice about copyright, contract, defamation and cultural property.
