Brendan is the Partner responsible for the firm's Family Law practice.
Brendan has practised in the Family Court jurisdiction for 28 years. He is a specialist in all areas of family law, including property settlement disputes (both marital and de facto), spousal maintenance, children's disputes and child support.
In particular, Brendan has a wealth of experience in handling complex property settlement disputes which have proceeded to trial in the Family Court.
Brendan is also responsible for the firm's Wills & Estate practice. In addition to providing estate planning advice and drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & Enduring Powers of Guardianship, Brendan has a wealth of experience in assisting appointed executors and administrators to discharge their duties in the administration of deceased estates. For many years, Brendan has also specialised in Deceased Estate litigation involving claims against estates made by aggrieved relatives pursuant to the provisions of the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act (SA) 1972.
