General capability and experience

Belinda completed a Summer Clerkship with the Employment Team at Norman Waterhouse in 2005 and continued on in 2006 to complete her Practical Legal Training. She completed her tertiary studies in late 2006, and following her admission in December 2006, joined the Team on a full-time basis.

Belinda’s experience since joining Norman Waterhouse includes research and assisting in the handling of the following matters:

• Workers Compensation
• Unfair dismissal
• Award Interpretation
• Workplace Policies
• Filing Australian Workplace Agreements

• Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice – Flinders University in 2006
• Bachelor of International Studies– Flinders University in 2006 (Spanish Major)

Admitted to Practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2006.
