Edytka commenced legal practice in December 1991 as a lawyer at a commercial law firm in Adelaide, engaged in drafting and advising on a variety of property and business transactions. She commenced work as a Judge's associate in the Supreme Court of South Australia in January 1993, during which time she was exposed to and learnt from a wide variety of commercial disputes. Edytka returned to private practice at Norman Waterhouse in early 1994 where she has specialised in commercial litigation.
Edytka now assists and advises a number of leading South Australian manufacturers in relation to various commercial dealings and disputes, is extensively involved in advising a number of major national financial institutions and provides insolvency advice to a number of corporate clients, financial institutions and accountants. She thrives on working in these demanding and challenging areas.
