Greg is Partner in Charge of the Norman Waterhouse Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. Greg has practiced exclusively in commercial litigation and dispute resolution for more than 20 years. Greg is known nationally and internationally for his Intellectual Property Litigation capability, and in South Australia he has established the leading practice in this field. Greg has overseen the growth and development of the Dispute Resolution Team and is particularly noted for his ability to take a practical and problem solving approach to litigation and dispute resolution.

Relevant Experience
- During his practice in Commercial Litigation Greg has conducted many legal proceedings. These proceedings have included:
- Actions in relation to allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct, including alleged false advertising and commercial misleading conduct.
- Acting for the ACCC in Federal Court proceedings alleging a breach of Part 4 of the Trade Practices Act.
- Representing Barbara Wiese MLC (South Australia) in relation to an enquiry by Mr Terry Worthington QC regarding alleged conflicts of interest on the introduction of poker machines to pubs and clubs in South Australia.
- Numerous large and complex proceedings related to all forms of Intellectual Property Rights, including proceedings concerning allegations of infringement and/or validity of patent and trademark rights, on behalf of major corporations including CSR Ltd, Carrier Corporation, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Pty Ltd, Stratco (Australia) Pty Ltd, and SDS Corporation Ltd (now known as Sandvik Mining & Construction Adelaide Ltd).
- Litigation for Local Government authorities in relation to matters of significant public interest.
