General capability and experience
Johanna is a Partner in our Business Services Section and advises a wide range
of clients, both national and international, on a wide range of corporate and
commercial matters. In addition to her skills as a general commercial practitioner,
she has a specific interest and expertise in the areas of business succession,
corporate governance and securities regulation.
Personal strengths/achievements
- Has conducted various professional training sessions on risk management,
compliance and business ethics for the Institute of Securities, Finance and
Banking.
- Has completed a Masters Degree at the University of Melbourne specialising
in corporate law, finance and security documentations and Intellectual Property.
- Has a Bachelor of Economics Degree and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the
University of Adelaide
- Has graduated from the Company Directors Course conducted by the Australian
Institute of Company Directors and the University of New England.
- Previously has tutored in company law at Flinders University Department
of Commerce
- Is currently Secretary of the Board of Management of Community Access Services
of South Australia Inc and is the Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Siblings
Australia Inc..
