General capability and experience

Jill commenced practice in 1986 and quickly developed an interest in Family Law. Since gaining admission she has been almost exclusively involved in the family law arena, either as a lawyer practising in the area or as a provider of continuing legal education to the profession. Jill has experience in a wide range of family law issues including property settlement, spousal maintenance, children's issues and de facto relationship matters.

• Has experience in a wide range of family law issues including property settlement, spousal maintenance, children's issues, de facto relationship matters, binding financial agreements and the division of superannuation upon marriage breakdown
• Is in touch with the latest developments in family law and applies that knowledge for the benefit of her clients
• Is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia
• Is producer of Sound Education in Family Law
• Is associate editor of Australian Family Lawyer
