General Capability and Experience:

Kate joined Norman Waterhouse as an Associate in the Family Law Team in May 2008. 

Previously, Kate has worked as a Legal Associate at the Family Court in Adelaide and as a Solicitor for a large firm in Brisbane, practising solely in the area of Family Law. 

Kate practices in a broad range of family law matters including children's issues and property settlement matters and is a proficient family law advocate, experienced in representing clients at settlement conferences, mediations and interim hearings in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court and District Court.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Law (with Honours), University of Adelaide
• Bachelor of Arts, University of Adelaide

• Law Society of South Australia
• Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia
