  • Road Traffic Act 1961

  • Local Government Act 1999

  • Food Act 2001

  • Public and Environmental Health Act 1987

  • Fire and Emergency Services Act 2005

• Roads, including:

  • opening and closing of roads

  • installation of traffic control devices

  • the grant of authorisations and permits to alter or use public road

• By-laws under the Local Government Act 1999, the Local Government Act 1934, the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 and the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993.

• Delegations and authorisations.

• Meeting procedures, including conflict of interest and confidentiality.
