General capability and experience:

Lisa commenced her time with Norman Waterhouse as a Summer Clark in 2006 with the Local Government Team.  She continued on a casual basis with the Local Government Team after completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide in 2006 working on local government regulatory and general advisory matters. 

In 2007 after completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law in Sydney and being admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and then the Supreme Court of South Australia, Lisa commenced working as a full time solicitor with the Property, Infrastructure and Development Team. 

Areas of speciality:

  • commercial and residential sales of land
  • leasing and licensing matters
  • providing general advice on property law issues
  • easements
  • advice in relation to public and private roads, including closures, sales and encroachme

  • Bachelor of Arts (Politics) – University of Adelaide in 2005
  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours) – University of Adelaide in 2006
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law (Sydney Campus) 2007
  • Masters of Business Administration – Australian Institute of Business Administration 2009
  • Admitted to practice in South Australia
