Mandy joined Norman Waterhouse as an Associate in the Property, Infrastructure and Development Team in January 2008.Prior to joining Norman Waterhouse Mandy worked for one of the largest, independent, commercial law firms in Western Australia where she practised in commercial conveyancing, leasing and securities.

Mandy also brings eighteen years worth of Local Government experience from the UK.

• Negotiating disposals and acquisitions of commercial, industrial and residential properties
• Undertaking due diligence on behalf of purchaser
• Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial and retail leases

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Teesside University (UK), 1998
