Margaret Hobby has over thirty year’s experience assisting the legal profession in commercial takeovers and general commercial activities, including over 20 years' experience as a conveyancer.

Personal strengths/achievements

• Experience in the preparation of Real Property Act documents, contracts, and forms.
• Experience in land divisions, commercial, rural and residential conveyancing, and project work.
• Torrens Title and Community Title land divisions, finance work and Real Property Act documents relating to deceased estates, as well as Native Title work and work involved with bringing land under the Real Property Act.
