General Capability and Experience
Mabel is a Partner in the Property, Infrastructure and Development Team. Prior to joining Norman Waterhouse, Mabel worked in a large commercial law firm, specialising in general commercial and property matters.
Mabel acts for both local government and private sector clients. Mabel’s background and experience enables her to understand the commercial and legal considerations for both sectors of clients.
Mabel has extensive experience in property and infrastructure development including PPPs, water projects, procurement, property services, asset management, contract structures and business transactions.
Mabel is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Hokkien, and acts for international companies and foreign investors in relation to their legal and commercial needs. In addition, Mabel is the Liaison Partner for the firm’s association with the Advoc Asia network.
Mabel has been on the Advisory Board for the Adelaide United Football Club, Hong Kong Australia Business Association (SA Chapter) and the Eastside Business Enterprise Centre.
