Nick has conducted litigation in various Courts and Tribunals including; the South Australian Industrial Relations Commission, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, The Magistrates Court of South Australia, The District Court of South Australia, The Federal Court of Australia, The Supreme Court of South Australia and The High Court of Australia.
Nick has a comprehensive understanding of employee relations and different workplace cultures in various industries such as; Local Government, Oil and Gas, General Manufacturing, Automotive Manufacturing, Community and Religious Groups and Primary Industry. Nick understands the effect that these workplace cultures often have on industrial matters and can advise accordingly.
