Natalie has 16 years' experience in the property industry having been employed at the Land Titles Office for 10 years followed by six years in the private sector.

Natalie and her team comprise two Conveyancers and two Conveyancing Clerks. They specialises in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing with a focus on major development projects.

Personal strengths/achievements

• Experienced in the preparation of all Real Property Act documentation, Contracts and Forms;
• Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, land divisions, hotel transactions, commercial and rural conveyancing and development projects; and
• Experience in Community Title Divisions, mortgage preparation, vineyard transactions, matrimonial and deceased estate settlements
