Siobhan joined Norman Waterhouse as a Senior Associate in the Family Law Team in September 2008.
Siobhan has 12 years experience as a family lawyer. Prior to joining Norman Waterhouse Siobhan worked as a Senior Solicitor in a prominent boutique family law practice in Adelaide and is experienced in all areas of family law. Siobhan has significant experience in children’s matters and has a particular interest in child relocation matters. She has acted for clients in many overseas and interstate child relocation matters. Siobhan is also experienced in complex property settlement matters involving companies, partnerships, and trusts.
Siobhan also practices in the area of wills and estates. She has acted for many clients in the Supreme Court in contested estate matters and is experienced in drafting wills, powers of attorney and related documents.
Siobhan is co editor of the Family Law Newsletter.
