Amanda provides strategic advice in many areas, including industrial relations, workplace health and safety, and equal opportunity. As part of her role in the Employment and Industrial Relations Team, Amanda advises and assists clients in relation to all of their workplace relations and human resources needs. She has broad experience advising and representing clients of all shapes and sizes, both nationally and locally. She understands the importance of getting to know her clients’ business so as to ensure that the advice provided is relevant, appropriate and tailored to her clients’ strategic and organisational objectives.
 
Amanda has a specific interest in employee-employer interactions and the human resources strategies used to ensure effective management and relations in the workplace. To this end, Amanda is currently completing a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) at the University of Adelaide.
 
Amanda is interested in educating clients in industrial relations matters to better equip them to deal with industrial issues as and when they arise. She conducts practical and informative training sessions and workshops on a range of topics – from enterprise agreements to volunteer management – to assist her clients to address workplace issues in a meaningful, practical and effective way.
 
Amanda is admitted to practise in all South Australian jurisdictions, and the High Court of Australia.
