General capability and experience

Vasilios commenced at Norman Waterhouse in June 2008 in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Prior to this he practiced commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Adelaide starting out as a law clerk and graduating to Solicitor in 2006.

Since commencing with Norman Waterhouse, Vasilios has specialised in areas of commercial litigation and intellectual property. Vasilios's commercial litigation experience has lead him to specialise in insolvency after completing the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia Course in 2009. Vasilios continues to practice in the field of general commercial litigation where he has worked on complex matters. With respect to his intellectual property experience, he has worked on many patent and trademark matters, including instructing Senior Counsel in trademark trails in the Federal Court of Australia.
