About the role:
To be considered for this role you must be a highly organised and intuitive person with a passion to provide first class support to the Family Law team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Undertake proficient audio typing
  • Preparation of correspondence and documents
  • Timesheet entry
  • Preparation of client invoices
  • Diary management
  • Opening, maintaining and closing files
  • Liaising with clients
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Proactively provide support to other team members
What are we looking for:
  • Previous experience in the area of Family Law
  • An ability to engage with people at all levels
  • Exceptional organisational capability
  • Superior communication skills
  • Initiative, flexibility and confidence
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy and IT skills with an ability to learn and apply new software applications
You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can work with minimal direction and have the ability to effectively communicate, forming positive working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.  A flexible attitude and willingness to support others will see you succeed in this role.
