About Ganesh

Ganesh joined Norman Waterhouse as a Law Clerk in January 2012, was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2013, and has progressed to a Senior Associate.

Ganesh works with employers (both private and local government sector) and individual employees on a vast range of workplace legal issues including workplace investigations, disciplinary process, termination of employment, discrimination complaints, sexual harassment claims, post employment obligations including enforcement of restraints, work health safety breaches and restructures.

Ganesh takes pride in working with clients to achieve their objectives. Ganesh understands that in employment law there are business and personal considerations which impact how a workplace matter or dispute is managed. Ganesh takes a practical and cost effective approach when dealing with all matters.

If a workplace dispute proceeds to arbitration, Ganesh has relevant experience in managing litigation in the Fair Work Commission, the South Australian Employment Tribunal, Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Further, during his employment, Ganesh was also seconded to a metropolitan Council for over 12 months. This has provided Ganesh with a valuable first-hand insight and experience of the internal workings of local government.
