Greg has more than 30 years experience in commercial dispute resolution and has recognised expertise in all areas of commercial dispute resolution work, and in particular contentious or litigious matters concerning all types of Intellectual Property.

About Gregory

Greg was admitted to practice in 1986 in NSW. He worked in London in 1990 before practicing in SA from 1991.

Greg has specialised in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and he has a wealth of experience in areas of commercial dispute/contention, including Trade Practices, Contracts, and Product Liability. However, he is particularly known and recognised for his specialised practice in contentious and disputed Intellectual Property matters.

Greg’s specialisation in Intellectual Property matters began in the mid 1990’s with a number of Patent related court cases. Since then, Greg’s daily practice has concerned providing advice, and representing clients in Court cases, in relation to the full range of Intellectual Property, including Patents, Trade Marks, Designs, Copyright and Trade Secrets.

Greg has acted in many notable and reported Intellectual Property court cases, including the first case dealing with Innovation Patents.

Today, Greg is widely known and respected in Australia and overseas for his experience and skills in dispute resolution, and in particular contentious Intellectual Property matters. His skills and expertise are reflected in his repeated listings in recognised lawyer reference guides.
