- Providing strategic advice to decision makers in both government and private transactions
- Assisting in the development and management of multi-party negotiations
- Designing project delivery models that align with legislative obligations while maintaining flexibility for evolving client requirements
- Advising on risk allocation, performance security and guarantee frameworks, staging and payment triggers, and underlying financial structures in contracts
- Working directly with principals and senior lawyers
- Building relationships with clients and internal teams
What we are looking for
- A recent Law Graduate or Solicitor in the early years of practice
- The ability to think strategically and exercise sound commercial judgement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- The confidence to take responsibility for allocated tasks and see them through
- A proactive approach and a willingness to contribute at a high standard
- Prior experience in a legal environment is valued but not essential
