An excellent career opportunity has arisen for a solution focused Solicitor to join our Commercial & Property team.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have 1-year PAE in Australia and demonstrate a strong work ethic and teamwork principles.
The successful candidate will work with experienced practitioners, providing legal, commercial and strategic advice on complex transactions, across a number of practice areas including:
- key infrastructure, development, construction and commercial projects;
- international trade, commerce and foreign investment deals;
- corporate and commercial structuring and transactions;
- procurement, probity and corporate governance matters.

What we are looking for:
- Previous Commercial/Property/Finance experience is advantageous;
- Strategic thinkers with strong business acumen;
- Ability to undertake research, draft advice and prepare transactional documents in a timely manner;
- Ability to build effective and direct working relationships with clients.
