Performance Management & Having Difficult Conversations
Norman Waterhouse Lawyers are pleased to offer a half day training session tailored for your Managers and HR professionals to provide guidance in having difficult conversations in the workplace. This will be a hands-on interactive session which will simulate difficult conversations to provide your managers with the tools to better manage situations.
Workplace issues can arise in many different forms, many of these issues arise due to miscommunication or a lack of communication within the workplace. By applying effective communication techniques issues can be promptly and informally addressed before they escalate to a dispute requiring third party intervention.
In this session, Norman Waterhouse will:
- Delve into the legal aspects of navigating difficult conversations and the managerial expectations that come with them.
- Identify practical tools for handling incidents and engage in role-playing exercises demonstrating common workplace scenarios.
