About Amy
Amy joined Norman Waterhouse in August 2025 as a Law Clerk in the Employment, Governance and Regulatory teams. Following her admission to the Supreme Court of South Australia and subsequently the High Court of Australia, she progressed into the role of Solicitor.
In her current role, Amy advises and supports local authorities across a broad range of matters, including legislative interpretation, administrative law, freedom of information, civil enforcement proceedings, and employment related matters. She also assists in representing clients before South Australian courts and tribunals.
Before joining Norman Waterhouse, Amy gained experience across local government, accounting, and legal practice. This diverse background enables her to adapt quickly, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and communicate legal issues effectively.
