Brendan’s experience in all areas of family law and wills and estates law is unique and enables him to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice across both areas of law.
As the number of relationship breakdowns continues to rise, clients are looking for ways to protect the “family wealth” from future property settlement claims. Likewise, clients with “blended” families require complex estate planning advice to ensure their spouse and their children (biological, step and adopted) are all adequately provided for.
