About James

James was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2024 after Completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Adelaide in 2022.

Before joining Norman Waterhouse Lawyers in 2024, James worked primarily in Wills and Estates at a boutique Adelaide Law firm and was a student advisor at the Adelaide Magistrates Court Legal Advice Service, where he gained valuable insight into legal processes and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Upon his admission to practice, James commenced his practices as a Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team and works closely with senior practitioners on a range of commercial matters. James provides timely and strategic advice to clients on matters including commercial litigation, contract disputes and debt recovery.

James works to build strong and meaningful relationships with clients, aiming to bring an early economical and commercial end to disputes wherever possible.
