About Stefanie

Stefanie joined Norman Waterhouse’s Corporate and Commercial team as an Associate at the beginning of 2019.

She is able to work with her clients through emotionally tumultuous times with empathy and understanding whilst making sure that her clients are aware of what is happening at each step of the way.

Upon being admitted to practice in 2015, Stefanie commenced working at a boutique law firm in a generalist practice. There shehad the opportunity to assist clients in small to medium businesses in different industry sectors, most being family owned and operated, in the negotiation, preparation and review of a broad range of commercial contracts.

Stefanie enjoys working with her clients to find innovative solutions to achieve the best possible outcome. Stefanie is able to assist clients across a range of industries to ensure that both their business and estate planning affairs are properly managed to ensure that their assets are protected and their wealth is properly managed.

Stefanie is able to assist businesses with ensuring that they have the appropriate commercial documentation in place to protect their businesses in the long term, and particularly enjoys assisting businesses in the start up stage to ensure that they start their venture into the world of business with the proper protections in place.

Stefanie also works with clients in all aspects of Estate Planning and Estate Administration, including working with clients in disputed estate matters.

Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Australia and is admitted to practise law as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
