Tim is otherwise one of the leading Adelaide solicitors who advises our clients about all aspects of child support including the drafting of Binding and Limited Child Support Agreements, child support departure applications, appeal procedures and other issues relating to the payment or non-payment of child support.

Tim is a highly competent barrister able to represent our clients in complex interim hearings. He is a qualified mediator. He is also an experienced Independent Children’s Lawyer appointed by the Legal Services Commission to represent children in various Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia disputes.
